What we put into our bodies has an enormous impact on how we feel. I believe a diet that prioritizes whole foods is the foundation for improving overall wellness. When I assess your nutritional status, I’m not only looking at the food that you eat, but also how your body is actually absorbing and using those nutrients.

Recommendations may include:

  • Including more healthful foods into your diet, specific to your needs.
  • Assessing food sensitivities.
  • Removing foods that could be harming your health, such as inflammatory foods.
  • Supplementing for nutritional deficiencies.

Assessing and assisting your digestive function (digestion, absorption, and elimination).
